overall, it's relaxing base for exploring leominster attractions. this location was unbeatable. when we came, the owner met us and was hospitable.

Lots of extra supplies: an air conditioning, a work desk and a seating area. Bed was comfy, esp for those with a bad back. Host was helpful. Plus, free parking was available;))
